The Commission for International Sports Cooperation performs the following activities:

• monitors the achievement of OCS goals at the international level and prepares relevant materials for OCS needs;
• cooperates with international governmental and non-governmental sports organizations and institutions, and monitors their work and regulations;
• informs OCS about the work and achievements of international sports organizations;
• provides insight into the international activities of OCS members;
• prepares positions for OCS representatives at IOC sessions and other organizations of which OCS is a member, and monitors their implementation;
• performs other tasks within OCS international activities.
