One of the project’s goals is to provide innovative digital tools for coaches to help them design and implement effective post-training recovery programs. Additionally, the project promotes these strategies among sports clubs and associations to improve performance and reduce physical and mental stress among young athletes.

The project will be implemented until the end of 2026. By then, research will be conducted to assess the effectiveness of current recovery strategies and identify best practices for post-training recovery, with the goal of improving performance and overall athlete well-being, as well as contributing to the development of a digital platform in the field of recovery.
