During their careers, athletes invest exceptional effort and demonstrate great dedication, energy, and discipline, while their achievements are accompanied by the support of clubs, federations, and the public. After the end of their sports careers, public interest declines and athletes gradually move into “normal life”, where additional knowledge and skills are often needed.
Numerous studies have shown that a large number of athletes face important questions about what comes next and how to move forward. That is why, through this program, we provide athletes with information and advice on how to overcome difficulties, work on themselves, combine sport and studies, and prepare for life after sport.
