The programme "Young Promising Athletes – Candidates for High Placement at the Olympic Games" was launched with the aim of providing young promising athletes, who have already achieved notable results on the international stage, with adequate conditions for preparation, successful qualification, and competitiveness for top placements at the Olympic Games.
About the Programme

The programme is focused on supporting athletes in individual sports who, through their results and development potential, are considered candidates for achieving significant results at the Olympic Games.

Through this programme, athletes receive support in implementing their individual training programmes, with the aim of creating optimal conditions for further sporting progress and top-level achievements.

The programme will run until December 31, 2027, after which the programme "Olympic Categorisation – Los Angeles 2028" will begin, directly focused on participation in the Olympic Games.

Athlete Categorisation

Athletes in individual sports acquire the status of categorised OCS athletes by fulfilling one of the adopted categorisation criteria, thereby gaining the right to participate in the programme "Young Promising Athletes – Candidates for High Placement at the Olympic Games" and receive support in implementing their individual programmes.
