Statutory and Legal Commission performs the following activities:

• prepares drafts of the Statute and other general acts of the OCS and monitors their consistent implementation;
• provides opinions on legal matters undertaken and concluded by the competent bodies of the OCS;
• provides opinions for the authentic interpretation of provisions of the Statute and other general acts;
• cooperates with relevant bodies of OCS members in preparing and harmonizing general acts;
• provides opinions on the justification of admitting organizations to OCS membership;
• prepares regulations governing labor relations of employees in the OCS professional service;
• monitors regulations in the field of sport;
• reviews regulations of OCS members and performs other tasks within statutory and legal activities.
